Our Mission: To provide the best educational dance experience for the best price while maintaining the highest quality
instruction in the safest environment for our dancers.
Dance International (BDI) is the first special interest dance training program for dancers and dance teams visiting the
Bahamas, emphasizing the importance of a well-rounded dance regime that includes all aspects of jazz, hip-hop, ballet,
modern, and choreography. Our dance camps can be what ever your dance team wants from a summer dance
intensive to a jazz/ballet workshop. Our instructors are dedicated professionals and all have proven themselves in the
dance world. This provides dancers with great role models and individuals to consult about pursuing a dance career.
Our services include dance camps for dance teams, open summer dance camps, open spring break dance camps and
private camps for dance teams and dance studios. College, high school and studio dance teams all enjoy our open

Our program offer the best of both worlds in that, we have great nurturing instructors and our company offers a
destination that is second to none. Our program is family friendly. You can make it a family vacation.
Customer Care: we know how much it means for people when they come to the Bahamas it is faraway from home and
this maybe the only time they come. So, we go that extra mile to make sure that it is an experience of a lifetime. This will
increase the possibility that students and their families will recommend us to their friends.
Workshops offered include 5 components that we feel strongly are a must to be considered a dance
intensive product.
- 1) Small groups: minimum 20 students per session, this ensures the integrity of the instruction and provides a
better experience. Groups larger than 20 are divided into smaller groups.
2) Safe hotel and work environment for students: All instructors and staff members have submitted a
background check. Hotel resorts are safe for students and are family friendly.
3) Medical access: We have a list of doctors that we endorse.
4) Open Forums: There are open discussions held with instructors and students from subjects ranging from dance
injuries to cultural traditions.
5) Local Community Involvement: We have a great relationship with the National Dance Company and The Ministry
of Culture of the Bahamas these relationships allow us to have access to members of the local community and
performance opportunities where visiting and local students can share in the exchange of ideas.
